COLLORR - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Version 1.0 - CAXTELL (caxtell.com)

Please read this agreement before installing or using COLLORR ("the Software").
By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE
CAXTELL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and
use the Software on up to five (5) computers that you own or control, activated with the
license key delivered with your purchase.

2. YOUR MUSIC IS YOURS
You may use the Software in any personal or commercial production, live performance,
recording, broadcast or mix. All audio you create with the Software belongs to you.
No royalties or credits are required.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: share, resell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software or your license key;
upload the Software or the key to file-sharing sites; remove or bypass the license
activation; reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where the law
expressly allows it.

4. ACTIVATION REQUIRED
The Software only processes audio after it has been activated with a valid license key.
Without activation it passes audio through unchanged.

5. ACTIVATION AND PRIVACY
Activation sends your license key to the Gumroad license server to confirm the purchase.
The Software stores the activation on your computer and checks it again about once a month
when an internet connection is available. No audio, project or personal files are sent.
A license is deactivated if the purchase is refunded or charged back.

6. UPDATES
Updates within version 1.x are free for licensed users.

7. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep backups of your projects.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAXTELL is not liable for any indirect, incidental
or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from the use of the Software. Our total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

9. TRADEMARKS
COLLORR and CAXTELL are trademarks of CAXTELL. COLLORR is an independent product and is not
affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any DJ equipment manufacturer. All other names
belong to their respective owners. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media
Technologies GmbH.

10. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Software includes third-party components listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt, each under
its own license.

11. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if you break any of these terms. On termination you must
uninstall the Software.
